The Gowanus Green Development team and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) will present and answer your questions about the 100% affordable mixed-use development being built at Smith and 5th Streets and the environmental remediation work required to advance the project. The project includes a 1.5 acre public park and a new public school. Representatives from various city agencies and elected officials have committed to attending.
